POSITION: Apartment Maintenance Technician

LOCATION: Lansing, Mi

COMPENSATION: $18.00-$20.00 per hour - WEEKLY PAY!

SCHEDULE: 8:00pm-5:00pm Monday-Friday

Apartment complex needs Maintenance Assistant, day shift, Lansing.

Requires experience with some combination of the following.

Light electrical and plumbing repairs

Drywall repair

Prepping and cleaning apartments for turnover

Light mechanical repairs

Other maintenance issues Benefits
