Admin Assistant ll needs 2 years’ related work experience
Admin Assistant ll requires:
• High school
• Office coordination, admin assisting, clerical
• PC savvy
• MS Office suite ( Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Experience processing POs and coding invoices (PO; non-PO)
• ERP system experience (Oracle preferred)
• Fleet or asset coordination exposure
Admin Assistant ll duties:
• Review POs in Oracle weekly and update invoice status.
• Code non-PO invoices.
• Track and ship packages through FedEx
