We’re looking for a Member Services Junior Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for our members and guests, helping with warm greetings, reservations, and day to day support. You’ll play an important part in delivering the exceptional, personalized experience that defines Discovery Land Company.
What you will do?
Welcome members and guests warmly, greeting them by name on arrival and departure.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and ready to receive members.
Create and update member profiles, itineraries, reservations, transportation needs, and activity schedules.
Manage the Member Services inbox, responding to requests promptly and professionally.
Support check ins/check outs for on property accommodation and provide information about amenities.
Keep the club app, weekly activity offerings, and member-facing materials up to date.
Assist with member events, hosting when needed, and helping prepare collateral, invitations, and activity calendars.
Maintain updated lists of trusted local vendors and services.
Answer club phone calls and coordinate requests efficiently.
Prepare daily and evening operational reports.
Work with Sales to support guest visits and provide property orientation tours.
Support all Member Services tasks as needed.
What are we looking for?
High school diploma required; hospitality or communications related degree preferred.
Warm, outgoing, and articulate communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsible, friendly, patient, and comfortable interacting with members and guests at a luxury level.
Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email) and willingness to learn new systems.
Professional attitude, attention to detail, and ability to stay calm during busy periods.
Ability to stand, walk, and move for long periods, indoors and outdoors.
Strong English communication; additional languages are a plus.
