Machinist: Hudson, Wisconsin

Our customer in Hudson, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re hiring Machinists to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machining equipment to produce precision parts in a fabrication environment.

Responsibilities of the Machinist:

Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines.

Interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications to determine machining requirements.

Program, edit, and troubleshoot jobs using G & M code.

Utilize Fusion 360 or Mastercam software to support machining operations.

Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure quality standards are met.

Perform routine machine adjustments and basic maintenance as needed.

Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures.

Machinist Requirements and Qualifications:

Minimum of 3–4 years of experience working in a fabrication or machine shop environment required.

Proven ability to independently set up and operate machining equipment.

Strong experience with G & M code programming required.

Experience with Fusion 360 or Mastercam required.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Proficient in the use of precision measuring devices.

Pay for Machinist: $27–$32/hour
