We are hiring a Culinary Prep Cook at Oak Farm Vineyards in Lodi, CA. This full-time hospitality position is suited for a motivated kitchen professional who values food quality, organization and teamwork. You’ll work directly with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to prepare dishes that complement our award-winning wines.
What You’ll Do:
-Prepare fresh ingredients and components for seasonal winery menus
-Maintain consistent food presentation standards
-Inspect and store deliveries according to health regulations
-Keep prep areas sanitized and organized
-Assist in food production for tastings, wine pairings and events
-Support cost control through efficient product handling
-Uphold cleanliness and safety in all kitchen operations
What We’re Looking For:
-2+ years cooking experience (restaurant or winery preferred)
-Food Handler or ServSafe certification (California compliant)
-Knowledge of culinary trends, sanitation and food production
-Strong time management and organizational skills
-Ability to lift 50 lbs and remain on your feet during shifts
-Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends)
-Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license
-Eligible to work in the U.S.
