Job Description

Manage punch lists, finish work, and final inspections across units and common spaces

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to complete outstanding items

Conduct detailed walkthroughs to identify deficiencies and ensure timely resolution

Maintain strict quality standards and ensure all finishes meet project specifications

Support turnover activities, including scheduling, documentation, and client communication

Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to maintain schedule and workflow

Ensure safety compliance during all finish and punchout activities

The Successful Applicant

3+ years of experience in punchout, finish carpentry, or construction supervision

Strong understanding of interior finishes, building systems, and quality standards

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate subcontractors effectively

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

A meticulous, detail-oriented mindset with pride in delivering a flawless final product

Experience in multifamily or commercial construction preferred
