Your Role as a BCBA Student
As a BCBA Student at Compass, you will:
Deliver 1:1 ABA services in home and clinic settings
Support caregivers through modeling, coaching, and ongoing communication
Work closely with BCBAs to implement individualized treatment plans
Participate in supervision, trainings, and cohort sessions focused on strengthening both foundational and applied ABA skills
Engage in meaningful clinical projects and activities designed to prepare you for independent practice
Accurately document sessions and collect data using Compass’s electronic systems
Qualifications
Required:
Enrollment or pending enrollment in a master’s program, completed BACB-approved master’s program, or current enrollment in BACB-approved coursework
Valid driver’s license and 3+ years of licensed driving experience
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree
1+ year experience working with children or individuals with autism
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly rate: $20–$26/hour, depending on experience
Full-time BCBA Students (105+ hours/month) receive:
