Junior Designer

We’re Hiring: Jr Designer

On-site Andheri East, Mumbai

We’re building ARQIA, a luxury decorative-glass brand focused on premium commercial interiors across India.

We’re creating India’s most unique design library of surface-led glass collections — used in elevator lobbies, office partitions, wall cladding panels, hospitality spaces, and designer doors.

This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of material design, interior sensibility, and scalable commercial production.

You’ll work directly with the Design Head and contribute to shaping a category-defining surface brand.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

- Develop tileable, scalable patterns for print and architectural glass applications

- Work deeply with typography and layout systems

- Contribute to early-stage ideation, mood building, and concept development

- Execute high-quality, production-ready outputs

- Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure design intent is maintained in final execution

Software & Skills Required

- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign

- CorelDraw (mandatory)

- Strong understanding of pattern development (repeat systems, scale, commercial viability)

- Solid typography and layout fundamentals

- Strong interior/material design sensibility

Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Stable Diffusion)

What We’re Looking For

- 0–2 years of experience

- A strong portfolio showcasing print, pattern, layout, or surface work

- aesthetic sensitivity + attention to detail

- Ability to iterate quickly and handle feedback

- Interest in materials, surfaces, and architectural applications
