Hours: Full-Time Monday - Friday during the school day
Caseload: 1: 1 with a High School student
Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Job Requirements
Active LPN or RN Licensure
Experience in a school setting and with pediatric-aged students
Feeding tube and Stoma Bag experience required

Provide continuous, individualized medical care to a designated student throughout the school day
Monitor and manage the student's specific health condition(s) as outlined in their Individualized Healthcare Plan (IHP) or IEP
Administer prescribed medications, treatments, or procedures (e.G., G-tube feeding, seizure management, tracheostomy care)
Accompany the student to all classes, activities, and transportation as needed to ensure safety and health oversight
Document all care provided, including medication administration, observations, and interventions
Communicate regularly with school staff, parents/guardians, and medical providers to ensure consistent care coordination
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow appropriate protocols
Support the student's participation in the educational environment while maintaining health and safety standards
Ensure proper infection control practices are followed at all times
