Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Laborer to join our team and contribute to the beautification and maintenance of outdoor spaces. This role involves hands-on work in landscape installation, maintenance, and construction projects, supporting the creation and upkeep of residential and commercial landscapes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping, some gardening and outdoor work, with a focus on quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Assist with landscape installation including planting, grading, and soil preparation

Operate various power tools and hand tools for trimming, digging, and planting tasks

Perform landscape maintenance such as mowing, edging, pruning, and mulching

Use mechanical equipment such as excavators for larger projects under supervision

Support construction activities related to landscape features like patios, walkways, or retaining walls

Follow safety protocols and environmental guidelines during all work activities

Experience

Prior experience with landscape maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for specific equipment use

Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous

Experience working with irrigation systems or construction equipment such as excavators is a plus

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments with attention to detail and safety standards

A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent teamwork skills

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
