Warehouse Operator Compensation

The pay for this position is $19.25 per hour

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Warehouse Operator Highlights

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

The required availability for this position is Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM

On-site position in Four Oaks, NC

10-panel drug screen required

Warehouse Operator Responsibilities

Operate forklifts and other equipment such as conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks

Move materials, parts, assemblies, and finished goods within the warehouse

Maintain accurate records of materials handled

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines

Work in a metrics-driven environment

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Adhere to all safety guidelines while operating equipment and performing physical tasks

Warehouse Operator Requirements

Previous forklift experience is required

Ability to lift and/or move over 50 lbs

Ability to work in a warehouse environment with exposure to heat (no AC in summer), cold (limited heating in winter), and moderate to loud noise levels

Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift, push, and pull throughout shift

General computer skills and ability to perform basic math calculations

Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Warehouse Operator Preferred Qualifications

0–1 year of warehouse or related experience

Experience working in material handling, logistics, or manufacturing environments

Ability to read, write, and comprehend documents in English
