Job Title: Blending Operator

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Blending Operator to join our dynamic team. As a Blending Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring the accurate blending of raw materials following company standards and customer specifications. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate blending machinery and equipment to combine ingredients and raw materials according to specified formulas and recipes.

- Monitor blending processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality and efficiency.

- Conduct routine checks and inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance and report any issues to maintenance.

- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

- Maintain accurate records of production batches, including ingredients used, quantities, and any deviations from standard procedures.

- Collaborate with quality control teams to sample and test blends, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.

- Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of blending equipment to uphold hygiene and operational standards.

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and product quality.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, specifically in blending or mixing operations, is preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions and formulas accurately.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Good physical stamina and ability to lift or move materials as required.

Work Environment:

- This position requires standing for extended periods and working in environments with varying temperatures and consistent exposure to powders.

- Flexibility to work shifts, including occasional weekends or overtime, as needed.
