Full-Time Digital Print Operator

This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime and weekend shifts. Ideal candidates will be team-oriented and available to work Monday to Friday from 3 PM to 11 PM.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain digital printing equipment daily to ensure high-quality output.

Develop and modify customer-supplied databases for various printing projects.

Execute variable data printing and manage intelligent mail barcode production.

Ensure all printed materials meet strict quality standards and deadlines.

Troubleshoot equipment issues and conduct preventive maintenance as needed.

Collaborate effectively with production and scheduling teams to meet client requirements.

Maintain accurate records of production output and machine performance.

Assist with manufacturing and production tasks as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in print production or digital printing is preferred, but not required.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and procedures.
