What You'll Do * Developing detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on system requirements * Facilitating the design, development, and integration of Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) testing * Reporting test results, logging and tracking test performance and defects, including severity and priority definitions * Maintaining quality assurance through accurate documentation of records, including traceability matrices to map requirements to test cases * Collaborating with other stakeholders to understand functional specifications and test objectives * Ensure all testing procedures meet internal policies and regulatory standards * Crafting and refining project correspondence, memorandums, ordnance documents, presentations, and professional letters * Promoting project updates and initiatives with clear, error-free communication * Preparing briefing materials and editing white papers, project plans, and requirement documentation * Learning and applying SSP protocols for documentation and accreditation What You Bring * A bachelor's degree and 2+ years of professional experience in testing/HWIL * Active or recently held SECRET clearance (within the last 24 months) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently and collaboratively * A proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude * Willingness to travel up to 25% Bonus Points For * A degree in Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science * Experience in technical writing and documentation development * Confidence in developing and delivering presentations At JRC we offer...
