Director

The Director role is a full-time role located in Nassau, Bahamas, and will oversee the operations of the company. This includes leadership across all sectors, optimizing profitability, onboarding key personnel and supporting the teams to accomplish goals. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies and maximizing asset planning. The Director will also be responsible for nurturing key relationships that ensure business growth through strategic planning. The Director will function to maintain the vision of the primary stakeholder(s).

• Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills

• Proficient in asset management, budgeting, and legal framework

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to support informed decision-making

• Proficiency with project management and knowledge of operational best practices

• Experience with policy development, compliance, and risk management

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

• Proven experience in a leadership or executive role, preferably in Real Estate Investments & Development
