Children, Adolescents & Families – Outpatient (In-Office)

Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Location: On-site Outpatient Office

Schedule: Flexible Full-time or Part-time

Compensation: Competitive, fee-for-service ($69- $75/hr)

Job Summary

We are seeking an independently licensed mental health clinician to provide in-office/telehealth outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, and families. Our established outpatient program has served the community since 2007 and emphasizes individualized, trauma-informed, evidence-based care within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and families

Complete assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Utilize evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions

Engage caregivers and family systems as clinically appropriate

Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team

Qualifications

Independent clinical license in good standing (LISW-S, LPCC, LPCC-S, IMFT, Psychologist, or equivalent)

Experience working with children, adolescents, and families preferred

Strong clinical judgment and professionalism

Commitment to ethical and evidence-based practice
