Class B CDL Driver

Job Description

We are accepting applications for full time and part time sweeper truck drivers. All applicants must have a CDL Class B License with at least one year commercial driving experience. We will properly train the right candidate on safe operation of our sweeper trucks

Applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule

Reliable transportation and a mobile phone are required. A strong mechanical background is a plus.

Class B Truck Driver Job Duties and Responsibilities

Follow directions and routes to job sites

Perform safe and professional operation of the sweeper truck duties

Fill out pre and post trip safety logs

Obtain signatures of work completion

Communicate with dispatch as needed

Maintain and clean vehicle as needed (refuel, fluids, tire pressure, etc.)

Maintain detailed driving and delivery logs

Track and report working hours

Adhere to company rules and regulations

Obey all applicable traffic laws and drive according to the weather/road conditions

Class B Truck Driver Requirements and Qualifications

Valid Class B commercial driver’s license required

2+ years of driving a class B truck a plus

Clean driving record

Experience operating construction equipment and or trash trucks is a plus

Able to lift up to 50 pounds

Must pass a background check and drug testCompany Description
