SRK Systems Inc. has an opening for the position of Product Analyst

Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent.

Job Responsibilities:

• Translating use cases into functional requirements for audience segmentation and personalization.

• Supporting UAT, QA, and validation of journeys to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Defining data mapping requirements to ensure accurate integration of source systems into CJA.

• Documenting system workflows, data dependencies, and integration points across AEP.

• Delivering training sessions on journey creation, personalization, and omni-channel orchestration.

• Building enablement materials (playbooks, guides, walkthroughs, and best practices) for marketers.

• Simplifying technical concepts (events, audiences, triggers) into clear business-ready instructions.

• Utilize Adobe AEP, CJA and AJO experience.
