SCADA Engineer

Requirements

Possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Engineering Technology from an EAC/ABET-accredited program or equivalent.

Knowledge of SCADA system applications (Survalent background is preferred).

• Strong verbal and written communications skills that involve interacting with engineers, outside contractors, and field crews.

Two or more years of electric utility experience.

• Knowledge of DNP3, Modbus, IEC 61850, and ICCP protocols.

• Knowledge of SEL-RTAC and Novatech Orion equipment and configuration.

• Knowledge of power systems' general properties and fundamentals.

Obtained or pursuing registration as a Professional Engineer.
