Starting Wage: $26.00 per hour
Wage Increase: Year 2 - $27.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the store leader to create and implement strategies that enhance operational results.
Clearly define job responsibilities and performance expectations for your team.
Spot and promote training opportunities that empower team members to excel.
Communicate the company's core values and operational goals to foster a cohesive environment.
Monitor local market trends and report necessary adjustments to maintain competitiveness.
Provide feedback on product lines and suggest new items or discontinuations.
Participate in the recruitment process for store staff.
Effectively communicate important store updates and achievements to the team.
Ensure compliance with inventory procedures, product handling, and cash handling practices.
Assist in resolving customer service issues in the absence of the store leader.
Identify and correct safety hazards while maintaining equipment and ergonomics.
Uphold cleanliness and visibility standards throughout the store.
Support inventory management through consistent stock ordering and merchandising.
Guarantee product quality and accurate signage.
Help achieve budget objectives related to payroll, loss prevention, and inventory management.
Supervise daily team operations, escalating issues when appropriate.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks to deliver outstanding customer service.
Adhere to company policies while safeguarding sensitive information.
Other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift and stock merchandise up to 45 pounds on various shelving heights.
Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the store.
Must be able to fulfill duties with or without accommodations.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail environment.
Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
Prior management experience preferred.
