SPAR is excited to expand our overnight reset and remodel merchandising team! As a Reset Merchandiser, you will collaborate with a team to remodel the interiors of major retailers. This role involves working overnight to build, assemble, and install shelving and fixtures. If you have experience in merchandising resets, remodels, installation, construction, or general labor, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We are looking for motivated individuals who are self-sufficient, knowledgeable about tools, and passionate about producing quality results in a dynamic environment.

Opportunities for career advancement

Your Responsibilities:

Work overnight to remodel large retail stores

Build and assemble shelving fixtures for retail spaces

Follow Plan-O-Grams for product placement as approved by store management

Update signage, shelf conditions, and complete schematics

Engage in physical activity, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:

Ability to stand for a minimum shift of 8 hours

Willingness to follow instructions for tagging, rotating, and placing products on shelves

Experience with Planograms is preferred

Ability and willingness to work overnight shifts

Basic tool usage knowledge is required

Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Personal cell phone and a valid email address are necessary

Professional appearance and demeanor

Steel-toed footwear is required on-site
