Your Role:

As an R&D specialist in MedTech, you possess a profound understanding of the intersection of business, technology, and operations. With years of experience, you excel in guiding clients to enhance their performance. Your knack for analytical problem-solving drives you to develop innovative solutions that accelerate the delivery of therapies to patients. You communicate complex ideas clearly and inspire teams to produce high-quality work consistently. Your enthusiasm for the clinical development process positions you as a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist MedTech clients in expediting product delivery to patients.

Lead comprehensive analyses of existing product development and R&D strategies.

Direct teams in crafting and implementing solutions that focus on patient engagement throughout development cycles.

Advise clients on adopting cutting-edge capabilities and operational models to transform into data-driven, AI-enabled organizations.

Design and manage change projects that ensure long-term client success.

Build enduring relationships with senior clients to position Accenture as a trusted advisor.

Drive business development initiatives, enhancing Accenture's Consulting practice.

Contribute to thought leadership and technical expertise in MedTech R&D.

Travel: Willingness to travel up to 75% to client locations is required.

Your Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years of consulting experience.

At least 7 years of experience in the MedTech R&D sector, with specific expertise in segments such as cardiovascular, general surgery, diabetes, diagnostics, etc.

Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Science or Health Engineering.

In-depth knowledge of MedTech R&D processes and product life cycles.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Life Sciences MedTech R&D, specifically in product design and clinical development.

Experience in a top-tier consulting firm with a strong management consulting focus.

Established network within the Life Sciences sector.

Background in strategic consulting with a proven record of solving significant challenges on time and within budget.

Strong skills in client attraction and deal-making.
