Responsibilities:
Responsible for profitability in all dealership departments
Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve monthly and annual forecasts
Hire, mentor, and monitor performance of all department heads
Maintain superior customer service (CSI) through dealership culture
Review KPIs daily and make adjustments to increase production
Assist in developing advertising and marketing strategies
Build relationships with employees and customers to support sales processes
Provide training, coaching, and support to staff
Assist managers in closing deals and attracting customers
Ensure effective inventory control
Maintain professional appearance and work ethic
Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Maintain valid driver's license and good driving record
Requirements:
Track record of exceeding sales goals
High school diploma/GED
3-5 years automotive management
Excellent communication skills
Strong computer & phone skills
Self-motivated & goal-oriented
