Deliver and support high-quality technical solutions for Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management and Shop Floor systems, including APEX-based extensions, enabling reliable manufacturing, warehouse, and MES operations while adhering to approved architecture, standards, and security guidelines. The incumbent should also have knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to support integration and application extensions.
Roles & Responsibilities
Work closely with functional business analysts to gather requirements. Lead design discussions with stakeholders
Design, develop, and enhance Oracle Fusion Manufacturing, Inventory, and Supply Chain Management technical solutions under approved architecture and standards
Develop Fusion-compliant technical extensions using approved tools such as APEX, Visual Builder, BI Publisher, and REST services
Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access controls for Fusion extensions and APEX applications
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing for Fusion and APEX components
Analyze and resolve defects and production issues related to Fusion SCM and APEX extensions
Support Fusion quarterly update cycles by performing impact analysis, regression testing, and remediation for assigned components
Optimize performance of APEX applications, Fusion integrations, and custom extensions
Create and maintain technical documentation for developed components, integrations, and support procedures
Participate in code reviews and design walkthroughs, providing constructive technical feedback
Follow established development standards, security guidelines, and deployment processes
Collaborate closely with functional analysts, QA teams, and integration partners to deliver high-quality solutions.
Create a bridge between the business and developers and lead the technical effort from conception to completion.
Assist in knowledge transfer, code review and mentoring of junior developers as needed
Identify opportunities to simplify solutions by leveraging Fusion standard capabilities and low-code tools
Support deployment activities, cutovers, and post-go-live stabilization for shop floor solutions
Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to functional, operations, and business stakeholders
Ability to work calmly and effectively in high-pressure shop floor and production-support situations
Proactive problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Skills & Qualifications
Required Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM / Manufacturing modules
Experience developing Fusion technical extensions
Solid expertise in Oracle APEX (Application Express) for enterprise applications
Experience with SQL and PL/SQL Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience supporting Fusion quarterly updates
Prior experience working in hybrid EBS-Fusion environments
Understand Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
6-10 years of overall ERP or enterprise application development experience
3+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion and cloud-based integration experience
