As a Workday HCM Security Manager, your primary responsibilities may include:
Lead or support HCM Security workstreams in Workday implementation projects.
Develop work plans for complex global engagements, managing risks, budget, resources, and client relationships.
Research and resolve daily Workday HCM Security issues.
Collaborate with clients to accommodate new HCM Security requirements in Workday.
Create and update Workday configurations as requirements evolve.
Support regular and special HCM Security processes in Workday.
Assist with HCM Security activities, including posting, bank transfers, and paychecks in Workday.
Provide support for legal and regulatory reports in Workday.
Assist with year-end reporting and related activities in Workday.
Manage small onshore and offshore functional teams.
Identify strategies, assess risks, and recommend approaches to meet client and functional requirements.
Design Workday HCM Security solutions ensuring cohesion among work streams with cross-functional impacts considered.
Advise clients on industry standards and best practices.
Demonstrate design options through prototyping.
Apply Workday and Accenture methodologies effectively.
Provide project managers with status updates and overall project status reports.
Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management skills to attain project objectives.
Foster innovation by developing new industry-leading methods and assets.

Frequent travel may be required for this role, depending on business and client needs.
Here's What You Need:
Workday HCM Partner Certification & Workday Pro Security Certification.
A minimum of 4 years of consulting experience in a Lead or similar role.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in HCM Security implementations.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12 years of work experience). If holding an Associate's degree, 6 years of equivalent work experience is necessary.
Bonus Points If You Have:
4 years of experience in Compensation/Advanced Compensation.
Demonstrated knowledge of HR functions and processes.
Experience with Education and Government implementations.
