Role Overview

We are on the lookout for a talented and driven RPA Developer specializing in UiPath to become part of our innovative team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills and a commitment to delivering cutting-edge automation solutions. In this role, you will be entrusted with the design, development, and implementation of robotic process automation (RPA) solutions—all while enjoying the benefits of a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Design, enhance, and implement RPA solutions that seamlessly integrate with external OCR/ICR tools to optimize workflows.

Create intelligent, scalable automation systems utilizing Python programming.

Manage data-driven RPA processes through strong expertise in SQL and relational databases.

Lead bot development and deployment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality code that is both testable and maintainable.

Collaborate within an Agile development framework, effectively using versioning and source control systems to manage project resources.

Analyze project requirements, ensuring timely delivery of results.

Proactively identify issues and risks, engage in collaborative problem-solving sessions, and seek assistance when necessary.

Qualifications

Required:

UiARD certification.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in RPA development using UiPath.

Experience developing RPA solutions across various domains, including Finance, HR, and New Products.

Demonstrated proficiency in Machine Learning utilizing Python programming.

Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

Experience in bot development.

Familiarity with integrating external OCR/ICR tools.

Passionate about crafting high-quality, maintainable code.

Experience with versioning and source control systems.

Familiar with Agile development methodologies.

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Business Analysis, Infrastructure, and/or Security certifications are highly preferred.

Experience with both manual and automated testing preferred.

Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, .NET, or Java.

Physical Requirements

Ability to perform essential job functions safely and effectively, in accordance with ADA and other applicable standards.

Sedentary work, primarily involving sitting or remaining stationary, with occasional movement for meetings, etc.

Ability to perform repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.

$80,000 - $85,000 per year

The salary range for this role is indicated above, with exact compensation varying by location, experience, and education. Our benefit package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k retirement plan, paid time off, and other allowances as required by law.
