Payment Integrity Product Manager

Your Role

Join the dynamic Stellarus Product Management team, where we create innovative technology products designed to support health plan customers in enhancing their cost management, quality care, member experience, and business growth. As the Payment Integrity Product Manager, you will report directly to the Senior Director of Product Management in the Cost of Care division. Take charge of defining and steering the product vision and roadmap for Stellarus's Payment Integrity solutions across the entire Product Development Lifecycle. Collaborate closely with other product managers overseeing related initiatives, and lead a cross-functional Product Squad that governs the product's direction. Your focus will be on identifying key product requirements, writing clear specifications, and effectively managing the product backlog. The success of our product and the satisfaction of our clients who utilize it will be in your hands.

Your Knowledge and Experience

At least 6 years of experience in Product Management, Management Consulting, or Entrepreneurship.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Public Health, or Information Technology; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is strongly preferred.

Proven ability to write detailed business requirements, user stories, and epics for complex products.

Deep understanding and thought leadership in health plan payment integrity solutions.

Experience with managing an Agile backlog is a plus.

Experience in leading and facilitating cross-functional teams or forums is desirable.

Exceptional collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
