Responsibilities included; managing the overall testing of the products and services offered by the organization, as well as building the Teams for various projects, creating and publishing documentation in the Organization Trade Associations & Magazines.
• Coordinate, direct and participate in the testing activities which includes providing resources to aid in the troubleshooting of defects and production issues;

Quality Assurance Testing Analyst Team Lead

Responsibilities included; building, supporting and managing a QA Team of 2 – 9 QA Analysts and Engineers based on Project Assignments Testers for testing twelve applications as well as six standalone and two integrated test environments.
• Coordinate, direct and participate in the day to day testing activities which includes providing resources to aid in the troubleshooting of defects and production issues
