Guardian Angel Hospice Care, Rochester Hills, Michigan Nov 2008 ?April 2010 Established, developed and implemented a new hospice program in Rochester Hills, Mi.. Worked independently to establish policies and procedures, developing additional policies as program grew. Hired skilled talented professionals, negotiate contracts with facilities and individuals, established care planning guidelines, developed and conducted IDT groups., Established QA/PI program, developed patient admission packet forms, hospice brochures, marketing packets, staff orientation program.
