Job Responsibilities:
Worked as Client inspector and Monitored Welding activities, NDT, Mechanical activities, Material Inspection, and related documentation.
Coordinating with Material Controller for Incoming Inspection of varies steel materials, consumables, tools and equipments etc. with relevant documents like material test certificates,calibration certificates. If required performing mechanical test and chemical analysis in order to confirm as per project specification and relevant International Standards.

Preparation of Test Packs individual system wise, which includes material certificates,Consumables test certificate, welding history records, NDT reports, equipment & installation and alignment report, hydro test reports, etc, and getting client’s approval.
Special Achievements:
Worked as a Welding Engineer under the Senior Welding Engineer and prepared more than 60 PQR and WPSs for Petroleum Development Organization of Oman and GASCO.
Prepared 5 WPSs for WAVE MUSCUT Chilled Water Pipe Line.
Expertise in operating PAMS (Portable Arc Monitoring System).
Prepared around 50 PWPS (Proposed Welding Procedure Specification).
Handled and completed individually a Chilled Water Pipeline project with the co-ordination of 4 Quality control Inspectors.
