Make sure that High Profile loan are forward to the correct Underwriter and Processor. Receive mail and faxes. Login and distribute mail and faxes. Mail out Builder Review Request and enter new lead information before forwarding to Production Loan Consultant (PLC). Prepare Express FedEX packs to be sent out to Borrowers. Login and fax Conditional Approval Letters to External Home Loan Consultant (EHLC) before forwarding to PLC. Serve as back up for Secure Rate Coordinator. Make sure that rate point and information is entered in correctly for the borrowers pay down rate quote. Also, train newly placed temporary SSR.
