POSITION BEING SOUGHT
I am seeking a position of responsibility that directly or indirectly has the potential for me to have a strong positive impact on the profitability of the firm, and is highly instrumental in accomplishing established and new strategic goals of the company. I am able to provide exposure to my database (book of business) that includes over 300 small and middle market clients in Ventura County. Clients are in various industries, including manufacturing, wholesale / distribution, retail, and contractors.

The majority of my career has been in middle-management of small, independent commercial banks. My responsibilities have primarily included maintaining and strengthening established relationships with small and middle-market business customers and developing relationships with new business customers. My experience is primarily in commercial lending & loan portfolio management with over 20 years of commercial lending, construction lending, consumer lending, and also includes deposit generation, and department management. I am a hands-on manager with expertise in supervising credit personnel, and underwriting with particular attention to loan quality, risk, and compliance to Bank’s policies and procedures and those of federal programs, including deposit accounts. My experience and expertise encompasses all facets of lending, including the processing and funding of commercial loans, construction loans, U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) loans, U.S. Department of Agriculture Business and Industry (USDA B&I) loans and consumer loans. Loan approval rate is 99%, with a loan closing rate of 99%. Currency rate is 99%.
My accomplishments include a proven record of developing and implementing successful marketing and training programs with dramatic positive effects on profitability by establishing relationships within existing and expanded markets. I have developed marketing programs that have been very successful in creating exposure, competitively positioning the bank, and establishing strong customer loyalty.
My current endeavors as Business Coach have allowed me to establish a database (book of business) that includes over 300 small and middle-market clients throughout Ventura County. Clients consist primarily of manufacturers, but also include other industries, including, wholesale / distribution, retail, and contractors.

Responsibilities included the normal responsibilities related to portfolio management. Accomplishments included: • Business Development / Loan Origination; SBA & USDA loans, conventional commercial loans, construction loans: SBA / USDA volume in 2007 - $12 million, utilizing a marketing program targeting a strong business center of influence, and strong customer referrals;
