• Project Manager CenturyLink/Qwest Voice Transformation/IPT/LAN Refresh Project for 3M Created & maintained project WBS, provided training & tools to the client transforming the project into a successful endeavor. Developed Materials Tracking Tool for the client, which entailed tracking hundreds of thousands of pieces of equipment from the Cisco manufacturing center in China to each site’s installation location. Contracted to US Cellular as the Project Manager of the Evolution-Data Optimized (EVDO) Upgrade project with the initial contract extended to assist the Senior PM on the Trunk Augmentation project.

Notable Projects & Achievements

• TSC Transport Technician II Level(3) Communications Provide Tier II support to Level 3 customers for trouble on DWDM, SONET, Frame Relay, Ethernet, and ATM platforms. Assist customers by providing support with internal departments for various service needs. Management of field, LEC, and equipment Vendors to restore customer connections in a quick and proficient manor. Answer calls and assist customer through an ACD system. Remote testing troubleshooting of DS0, T1, T3,OC3-192 and STS level circuits. Results: Made a significant contribution to the company in providing support & expedited trouble resolution to Level(3)’s most proprietary worldwide costumers decreasing service outage downtime while increasing customer satisfaction.

• Project Manager US Cellular Communications Project Manager for US Cellular’s EVDO project in the Tulsa, OK Market. Managed EVDO installation & integration, circuit installations, Carrier Adds, Trunk Augments & DS3 construction on new & existing cellular facilities. Provided RFQs, SOWs & MOPs for collocated sites & new builds, performed site walks, hired contractors, oversaw construction & installations on collocations. Worked closely with customers, contractors, vendors, & inspectors ensuring a high level of satisfaction was achieved & exceeded in both quality and performance. Results: New site builds were completed with minimal risk & the client gained relevant high quality standardization through the use of Six Sigma methodologies of how collocations were built & inspected while reducing costs and increasing production for both the client and subcontractors.
