Professional Experience:
My professional experience includes acting as a point of contact as Superintendent with architects, engineers, consultants, local governing officials and clients on projects in the field. I am also a point of contact as the coordinator and motivator to subcontractors and vendors on all projects assigned to me which include the supervision effort in the field to ensure that the project is completed in accordance with the design, budget, schedule and client objectives. My responsibilities include conducting regular on-site meetings with subcontractors, vendors and others as appropriate with respect to the schedule, safety issues and other matters relating to performance on the job. I am proficient with preparing necessary subcontractor work schedules as needed through the project and providing input to the Project Manger in order to meet the project schedule and client expectations along with providing daily Superintendent reports, safety reports and photographs of the projects progress. All punch list items are completed within the time frame consistent with the client requirements and budget. I have and am willing to travel throughout the continental United States and have a passport for assignments abroad as well. I work well under pressure and I am goal oriented with a drive for high standards while also maintaining a professional mindset with all subcontractors, vendors and the client in order to ensure the success of the final completion of the project within the scope of work and within budget.
