A: You can post your job openings at PostJobFree.com. Your jobs will be distributed to popular job search web sites. Job seekers will be able to find your job posts and contact you (assuming they are interested in your job openings).

Q: How do I make my job noticed by job seeker?

A: Think in terms of search keywords which your desired job candidate would use. Make sure that these keywords (and key phrases) are included into your job description. For example, if you're looking for .NET web developer, make sure that your job description includes the following keywords: asp.net, "web developer", and "Visual Studio .NET".

Q: Can I find out what keywords in my job post are more attractive for job candidate?

A: Yes: go to My job posts page and click one of hyperlinks with number of visitors of your job post.
You'll see list of web addresses where your visitors came from. Some of these addresses would include search keywords which your visitors used to find your job post.

Q: Why was "MY ALL CAPS TITLE" converted into "My all caps tittle"?

A: PostJobFree is trying to be nice to readers' eyes, so if you use TOO MANY CAPS in your job title, we convert it to lower case.

Q: How do I update my job postings when they are expiring?

A: You just click [Update Post] button on "Edit Job" screen. That would refresh Posting Date. Another option -- click "Renew" in your My Job Posts list.

Q: How long do job posts stay active before they need to be refreshed?

A: Job posts stay active in PostJobFree until they are deleted. However if job was not updated for more than 30 days -- job search sites in distribution network usually delete it from their index.
