Suban Fifth Train Development Project (ConocoPhillips Indonesia Limited) The project is to modify and design the onshore gas processing plant to increase the sales gas rates from 700 to 860 MMscfd by installing the additional fifth gas production train and other methods to achieve the new sale gas target. The following works under this project consist of;

• Optimized four existing amine absorption systems which shared two common amine regeneration systems to maximize the acid gas removal with the available capacity of the existing amine system by using ProMax 3.1 (Tsweet).

• Prepared preliminary the major equipment sizing within the fifth amine absorption system consists of the Amine Contactor, Treated Gas Cooler and Treated Gas Separator.

• Checked the adequacy of the existing Rich Amine Flash Drums with the new operating conditions based on the optimization results.

• Prepared the preliminary hydraulic calculation to check the adequacy of the existing Lean Amine Booster and Charge Pump to supply the new Amine Contactor in fifth train.

• Modelled the Ethylene Glycol Regeneration using HYSYS version 7.1 to estimate preliminarily the required heating duty of the Ethylene Glycol Regenerator Reboiler and to use as data for vendor package.

• Rated the existing residue compressor to check the compressor characteristic after increasing the sales gas rates from 700 to 860 MMscfd.

Ujung Pangkah Development Offshore Phase II (CPP & AUP EPC) Project (Hess (Indonesia-Pangkah) Limited) The project is to check the adequacy of existing vent system on WHP-A to accommodate the additional PSV relieving and vessel blowdown loads from the Gas Lift Knock-out Vessel which will be relocated from WHP-B to WHP-A. The following tasks under this project consist of;

• Carried out the 6” Gas Lift Subsea Pipeline using pipesys extension within HYSYS version 2006.5 to evaluate the arrival pressure or inlet pressure of the Gas Lift Knock-out Vessel which is expected as vessel operating pressure and initial vessel blowdown pressure.

• Assessed the governing scenario for PSV sizing.

• Evaluated the PSV relieving rate based on the governing case.

• Performed blowdown rate calculation using Hysys Depressuring utilities including minimum temperature study.

• Performed Vent System Hydraulic Calculation using FlareNet version 2006.5 to verify the adequacy of the existing vent system.

• Studied to reduce the vent load due to the PSV fully opens and develops rated flows.

Rawa Facility Optimization Project (ConocoPhillips Indonesia Limited) The project is to reactivate the facility from shutdown condition and install the New LP Compressor during plant inlet pressure declining from 450 psig to 200 psig. The following tasks under this project consist of;

• Optimized the Rawa Facilities to minimize the new Inlet Compression horse power which will be installed during plant inlet pressure declining.

• Carried out process simulation including report to rating the existing Rawa facility with the additional gas and liquid capacity based on the production profiles. The facilities include the Inlet Separation, Compression, and Dehydration.

• Carried out the conceptual selection for condensate stabilization unit.

• Modelled the New LP Compression facilities will be installed between the existing Inlet Separation and Compressor.

• Prepared heat and mass balance for all cases at inlet plant pressure of 450 psig and 200 psig.

• Checked all process equipment data sheets and equipment sizing calculation.

Central Gas Plant Expansion Project (ConocoPhillips Indonesia Limited) The project is to modify and design the onshore gas processing plant to expanse the sale gas rate from 320 to 460 MMSCFD. The following tasks under this project consist of;

• Carried out process simulation for the additional gas production trains for amine gas sweetening plant by using HYSYS version 2006.5 and ProMax 3.0.

• Optimized the Amine Sweetening to slip more CO2 with the existing lean amine design capacity and the existing rich amine regeneration design capacity.

Sumpal Expansion Project (ConocoPhillips Indonesia Limited) The project is to modify and design the onshore gas dehydration plant to install the additional gas production train arranged in parallel with the existing train. The following tasks under this project consist of;

• Carried out process simulation including report for the additional gas production trains of gas & liquid separation and gas dehydration by using HYSYS version 2006.5.

• Validated the PipeSim model against the actual plant performance data and Performed flowlines and gas trunklines hydraulic simulation with the validated model using PipeSim version 2008.

• Prepared heat and mass balance for the additional gas production train.

Dayung Compression Project (ConocoPhillips Indonesia Limited) The project is to modify and design the onshore gas plant to install the Inlet Compression Facilities during well depletion. The following tasks under this project consist of;

• Developed process simulation including report for the Inlet Compression Facilities to supply 220 MMscfd at 1300 psig to Central Gas Plant when the plant inlet pressure declining in ranges of 75 – 810 psig by using HYSYS version 2006.5

• Optimized the compression simulation to minimize driver power consumptions.

• Prepared heat and mass balance for the Inlet Compression Facilities.

• Studied the requirement of the seal gas conditioning for all Inlet Compressors.

Letang Tengah Rawa Optimization Project (ConocoPhillips Indonesia Limited) The project is to study preliminary concepts to optimize two phase flowline and sales gas trunkline. The following tasks under this project consist of;

• Performed well characteristic by using PVT model with HYSYS simulation to evaluate the well stream compositions based on the dry gas and condensate separated compositions from laboratory test.

• Carried out a steady state hydraulic simulation using HYSYS pipesys extension version 2006.5 for flowline and trunkline including report.

• Carried out the conceptual selection for condensate stabilization unit.

• Studied to propose an option to meet the target arrival pressure at the designation such as increase inlet trunkline pressure, internal trunkline coating or looping the trunkline to reduce the pressure drop.

Suban Phase-3 Project (ConocoPhillips Indonesia Limited) The project is to study preliminary concepts to increase the sales gas production rate of onshore gas plant from 700 to 850 MMSCFD. The following tasks under this project consist of;

• Developed process simulation models for the additional gas production train comprises Inlet Separations, Amine Gas Sweetening, HC dewpoint, Produced Water System and Residue Compressors for sales gas exports by using HYSYS Version 2006.5.

• Studied to install new residue compressor or introduce new pipeline looping for sales gas export pipeline based on a conservative results from Hysys extension pipesys or PipeSim.

• Rated the existing gas production trains whether they can accommodate the additional gas production rate of 150 MMscfd.

• Studied the feasible options to modify the existing gas production trains to meet the new sale gas target or install the new gas production train on the available currently plant space.

• Rated the existing gas production trains whether they can accommodate the additional gas rate of 150 MMSCFD.

• Studied the feasible options to modify the existing gas production trains to meet the new sale gas target including new gas production train installation on the available currently plant space.

• Checked the existing Flare system to accommodate the additional relieving and blowdown load from the new and modified facilities by using FlareNet Version 2006.5.

Kerisi Crude Oil Splitting Project (ConocoPhillips Indonesia Limited). The project is to study the possible splitting two crude oils into two parallel separation trains. The following tasks under this project consist of; consist of;

• Modeled process by using HYSYS Version 20006.5 is checking the feasible existing crude separator and vapor recovery unit whether it can be operated after splitting two crude oils into two parallel separation trains.

• Prepared preliminary PFD and P&ID are based on the feasible process model obtained by HYSYS.

Bibiyana Expansion Compression Project (Chevron Bangladesh Production and Exploration Limited). The project is to perform the conceptual design for compressor station. The following tasks under this project consist of; following tasks under this project consist of;

• Developed process design basis and operating and control philosophy for conceptual study of Musai compression station.

• Developed simulation by using HYSYS Version 2006.5.

• Prepared heat and mass balance by using HMB generator which extracted data from HYSYS simulation.

• Reviewed the integrated flare system of PLCPP, PLOCPP and PLOCPP II generated by using FlareNet Simulation.

• Reviewed required the addition PSV on Inlet Separator after increasing gas production capacity.

• Reviewed and checked the effecting of whole flare system after upgrading compression train on PLOCPP II is to increase gas flow capacity from 150 to 210 MMSCFD.

Banyu Urip FEED Updated Project (Mobil Cepu Limited) Assigned to work in WorleyParsons Indonesia. The works which were FEED update on oil and gas processing plant consist of;

• Updated PFD and P&ID to incorporate ExxonMobil’s comments.

• Updated heat and mass balance table from ExxonMobil’s Pre-Feed.

• Prepared the functional specification for nitrogen, UA/IA system.

• Prepared equipment sizing calculation within process and utility area.

• Performed and updated PFD and P&ID.

• Performed sizing calculation for single phase Safety Valve on Degasser, Water Injection Pump Suction & Discharge Line, Water Injection Pig Launcher & Receiver, Inlet Lines of Turbine Fuel Heater and Pressure Regulator Downstream Line of Fuel Gas Supply to Turbine.

• Performed sizing calculation for single phase Control Valve on Water Injection Discharge Line and Blanking and breathing out line of degasser.

• Checked the preliminary sizing of Booster and Water Injection Pump by performing hydraulic calculation based on actual platform layout.

CBD MWC Hub Platform Project (Chevron Offshore Thailand Limited) The project is to perform the detail design for hub platform. The following tasks under this project consist of;

• Performed sizing calculation for single and two phases Safety Valve on Production Header, HP&LP Separators and Utilities & Instrument Gas Scrubbers.

• Performed inlet and outlet line sizing for above Safety Valves by using FlareNet V.2004.

• Performed sizing calculation for single and two phases Control Valves on inlet line of Utilities & Instrument Gas Scrubbers.

• Checked the preliminary sizing of HP&IP separator from FEED stage during detailed design whether it can handle fluid flow from Production Header.

• Sized ROs on drain line of HP&IP Separators.

• Checked the preliminary sizing of the following lines: Gas Compression Suction&Discharge Header, Test Header, Production Header, HP and IP Inlet Manifold by using Hysys V.2004.

Third Transmission Pipeline Project (PTT Public Company Limited) The project is to perform details design for gas transmission pipeline. The following tasks under this project consist of;

• Updated Heat & Mass Balance for condensate stabilizer divided into two cases are 2006 OPERATION and 2014 UPSET COMPOSITION.

• Updated hydraulic calculation for condensate stabilizer system and associated utility.

• Performed heat exchanger rating based on actual size from Vendor by using Hysys V.2004.

GAS 2 Feasibility Study – Brown Field Modification on PLOCPP2 (Chevron Thailand Exploration and Production Limited) The project is to perform the feasibility study for modification on gas CPP. The following tasks under this project consist of;

• Prepared red line marked up PFD & P&ID for limiting the suitable tie-in location of a new line linked between PLOCPP2 and GAS 2 CPP.

• Performed preliminary line sizing calculation for Three (3) Fluid, Liquid Spill Over and Gas Spill Over which run across between PLOCPP2 and GAS 2 CPP.

• Checked and verified capacity of existing compressor whether it is required to debottleneck in case of increasing flowrate from 110 to 160 MMSCFD.

Bongkot Field Development Phase 3F Project (Unocal Thailand) The project is to perform conceptual design for wellhead platform. The following tasks under this project consist of;

• Prepared operating and control philosophy.

• Studied and collected the standards such as AS, ASME, BS, DIN, ANSI and JIS in order to prepare the suitable standard of liquid hydrocarbon pipeline in THAILAND.

Modification Work for Steam Supply Pipeline GLOW SPP1 TO SPP3 Project (Glow Public Company Limited) The project is to perform details design for steam pipeline. The following tasks under this project consist of;

• Studied the possibility of using existing steam line for supplying the higher pressure steam flowing backward from SPP1 to SPP3.

• Verified system hydraulic for the existing steam supply line from SPP3 to SPP1 by using PlantFlow Plus 6.10.

• Conducted hydraulic analysis for the new steam flowing from SPP1 to SPP3 using the PlantFlow Plus 6.10.

• Evaluated existing equipment, instrument and its relevant accessories can be utilized under the new design conditions. The study was carried out in both operational and design aspect.

Second Bangkok International Airport (SBIA) Aviation Fuel Depot Project (Bangkok Aviation Fuel Service Public Company Limited) The project is to perform details design and commission for JET A1 depot.

• Prepared and reviewed process concerned area for pre-commissioning and commissioning schedule of depot and facilities.

• Prepared pre-commissioning and commissioning procedure including checklists.

• Performed pre-commissioning & commissioning work such as water flushing, Oil flushing, Pipe & Storage Tank Sterilizing, Nitrogen pack line and System Test.

• Reviewed and commented P&IDs, line schedule, equipment list, and equipment data sheets.

• Performed Hydraulic calculation for all system in depot plant such as Jet A-1 system, Fire Water system, Potable Water system and Oily Water Separation system by PlantFlow Plus 6.10.

• Specified set point of pressure switch for prevents hydrant pumps from cavitations.

• Calculated the maximum and minimum steam flow rate and pipe sizing including material selection.

• Performed mass balance and heat balance around Deareator as well as De-superheater.

• Prepared data sheet for Deaerator.

• Reviewed and updated on P&IDs and instrument data sheet such as pressure transmitter, control valve, safety valve, temperature transmitter, De-superheater and flow meter.

• Performed 3D hydraulic calculation steam pipeline by using PlanFlow Plus 6.10.

• Prepared datasheet of piping special parts, for example bucket strainer and thermal dynamic type steam traps.
