Position: Store MErchandiser

I work part-time servicing magaiznes at 2-Kroger stores in Elizabethtown Kentucky, and

any additional locations that are available for me. I service maagazines and books for this

for my owned real estate company listed below, again part-time.

R&J Real Estate Investments/Concordia realty Louisville Ky. November 2002 to present. December 2005 to present full-time.

I owned and operate this company as a dual company. Having my real estate broker’s license in Kentucky I owned and operated Concordia Realty as a real estate brokerage firm. This company listed, sold and managed properties. R&J Real Estate Investments

bought properties in my name and a partners name, some were rental and some were sold for profit. However, all transactions were managed by Concordia realty. I still own and operate 8-pieces of rental property in the Louisville Kentucky area. I have closed Concordia realty as a company and just own and operate R&J Investments due to the costs of maintaining my license and the downturn in the real estate market.
