Project Description:
PointInsight™ (Pi) Issue Management System is an enterprise solution tool for anticipating, Issue Tracking and resolving issues. It allows for quick and easy documentation of issues, along with seamless communication and collaboration. Pi brings together stakeholders, along with the requisite corporate policy frameworks and the ability to centrally manage all issues. Pi is a pivotal tool for promoting rapid resolution of issues and problems. Currently this product has been deployed in McKesson Healthcare, ARAMARK Uniforms, Virginia Department of Health, ConocoPhillips and in many Fortune 500 companies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Performed critical and detailed analysis of the client’s enhancement requests and requirements with the product team to identify their feasibility.
