System Training

• Coordinated software installation and integration activities for clients. Verified that customer system and UPS server environment were compatible.

• Managed “Backlog” Project which verified customers who installed Host Access (HA) software were fully functional and to make any updates necessary if they were not.

• Managed eDeployment Team’s Host Access inventory for all relevant Host Access manuals. Also coordinated the review of all documentation updates between various teams.

• Conducted technical, architectural, and functional training with customer staff on HA interface programs, file layouts, and techniques for troubleshooting problems.

• Provided off-site training (50% travel) to client’s sales staff

• Managed client’s hardware inventory tracking system (1300 users) and client’s help center, which provided help desk support and client data processing for 350 sales representatives.

• Designed and conducted word and data processing training to all levels of staff at 23 sites (50% travel)

• Coordinated and supervised installation of system hardware and software to group sales offices nation-wide (45 sites).

Technical Writing
