 Responsible for the development, troubleshooting and maintenance of several applications with MS Access front-ends and SQL Server back-ends. Also responsible for adhoc reports and analysis for the Liberty enterprise from a compliance perspective. In addition to my primary duties I am also expected to mentor and train lower level analysts within my group. My day to day duties require heavy use of MS Access, SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, VBA and Excel. Significant contributions include developing versioning software to manage MS Access clients and reengineering existing SQL Server databases to manage data integrity where there was none before.

 Primary duty is to provide reporting of global call center performance to diverse audiences enterprise wide. Additionally, I also build custom applications to support analysis of business processes such as call transfer analysis. Pursuant to these objectives I leverage data from a varied array of databases and database engines. I also utilize both Classic ASP and ASP.NET to provide reporting and web applications for use via the enterprise intranet. I was recently awarded the Bravo award for my contributions to call center operations. Recently authored and manage Global Enterprise Tally (GET) that allows quick response data mining from agent positions, which was built on an ASP.NET platform.
