ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Database Management
• Keeping track of employee records and updation of new joiners.
• Maintaining employee database.
• Maintaining salary related database.
• Keeping track of employee confirmation after completion of probation period.
• Keeping track of leaves of employees monthly and annually.
• Keeping record of salary accounts of employee. Also open new salary a/c in icicibank.
Joining Formalities
• Preparation of offer letter/ Letter of intent.
• Preparation of salary fitment/Cost to the company breakup as per company policy.
• Ensuring completion of joining related documents by new joiners.
• Reference check of new hire.
• Ensure handing over of Company policy, Code of Conduct to the new hires and taking their acceptance.
Exit Formalities
• Full and final settlement calculation of employees.
• Keeping track of notice period and calculations in case of payment/recovery.
• No dues clearance by different departments.
• Ensure issuance of relieving letters and no dues clearance letter.
• Ensure to provide related employee documents after full and final settlement.
Recruitment, Resourcing & Development
• Using Naukri Resdex for searching suitable resume as per head count requisition.
• Doing recruitment for it requirement like PHP-Developer, Magento-Developer, Link Builder, SEO, Content Writer, Web & graphic Designer and many more.
• Finalizing on the required job description of the required candidate. Finalizing and issuance of the offer letters after salary annexure.
• Taking care of the joining formalities of candidates and arranging for their induction programme.
• Issuance of appointment letters to the candidates.
Performance Management System
• Handing over the Appraisal form to employees.
• Follow up with the Reporting Manager in order to finalize the Appraisal ratings. Co–ordination with the Reporting Managers & Reviewers in order to collect the ratings of employees to facilitate the annul appraisal and increments.
Employee Relations
• Monthly Birthday celebrations.
• Ensure handing over of gifts and letters to the employees as per Company Wedding policy.
• Ensure resolving employee queries related to Payroll
