Worked as a welder on an assembly line for a company that manufactures large storage containers for the United States Military. Assembled the roofs by Mig welding large carbon beams together, then welding aluminum sheet metal to the structure as a base. Using 7” to 4” grinders and sanders to clean parts and eliminate defects for product to be painted. Used a cutting torch and measuring tape to perfect assembly to no less than 3/16th off of being square. Followed blue print instructions and maintained high momentum while performing quality workmanship to push product.

Following blue prints and S.O.P.s, fabricated parts made of carbon and aluminum steel to meet vendor requirements. Fit beveled rings together that are 10 feet in diameter and 8 feet long within 3/16th of perfect ovality to create the core vessel. Operated overhead cranes, sub arc machines and plasma cutting machines to place and perfect vessels for tralerization. Performed the OD and ID repairs by gouging and tig heating for acceptable x-ray results.
