Business Analyst: As a business analyst, my primary duty is to help the company’s aircraft technical department figure out ways to reduce waste and to improve efficiency in an economical standpoint. This was achieved through observing the overall operations of the technical department, its mechanics, and researching the mechanic’s log pages. I then gathered all my findings into a presentation form. I then presented my findings quarterly to the General Manager, Vice-President, Director of Aircraft Maintenance, Chief Financial Controller, and Administrator.

Coordinator: As a coordinator for Asia Pacific Airlines, I was in charge of executing and administering some of the contracts that the aircraft technical department has. My duties include, gathering all the contract forms and making sure that it is filled out properly and signed accordingly. I also participated in the operations and technical areas such as ground handling of aircrafts (e.g. helicopters, private jets, commercial jets) and the overall implementation of our responsibilities to our customers. As a coordinator, I was also put in charge of coordinating special department events such as parties, health and wellness programs, and other activities that requires the overall participation of our department.

Stores Administrator: During my time in our stores department, it is my duty to maintain our department’s inventory which consists of aircraft parts, tools, and other necessary things that are essential to the everyday operations of our aircrafts. It is also, my duty to order parts and find the best possible prices from our vendors. I was also in-charge of tracking these items when they are sent out from our vendors to our locations in Guam or Honolulu.
