Responsibilities as the Lead Quality Auditor were to head and train other employees as internal auditors. To ensure Rite-On Industries, Inc. (a tier 1 supplier), maintained their ISO/QS/TE certifications, by creating and controlling tracking systems, documentation, work instructions, job procedures, PFMEA’s, DFMEA’s, control plans, and flow charts. Reviewing and following up on internal audits with the audit team, making sure quality objectives and elements were implemented and maintained, reporting results to the executive management team. I was the quality representative to attend the DaimlerChrysler mentor meetings held every quarter.
Assisted Purchasing Manager with obtaining quote information for jobs being quoted and with purchasing merchandise and materials necessary to build jobs that had been awarded.
Aided Program Managers maintain documentation required for programs, which included typing tooling specifications, spare parts lists, program matrixes, preparing and analyzing 7 step Corrective Action Plans required by Chrysler.
Made all travel arrangements for employees who were required to go out of town.
