Enterprise Services Maintenance and Enhancement Project

• Key contributor on the overhaul of BMO & Harris Data Model Management process and supported Harris & BMO’s line of business Datawarehouse & Data Marts.

• Understood the end-to-end scope of work and designed data architecture for Risk Reporting, Credit Risk Modelling (Basel II, Basel III), Market Risk, Operational Risk, Asset Management, Commercial Loan, Harris Marketing Datamart, Capital Market Loan Accounting, Online-Banking, Mortgages, Saving Account, Equipment Finance & Credit Card System Renewal projects. Actively involved in BMO-Harris and M&I Bank integration project.
