sales/ services technician

i was working for dewey pest control for * yrs , I started on 10-2007 then dewey discharge me on 10-2009 cause I have ( RECKLESS DRIVING )record , but they rehired me back even they know about my driving record , they rehired me back on 06-2010 I was working for them until,s 11-28-11 they discharge me again with same reason , I din,t do anything wrong since they rehired me back , it don,t make sense at all.
