As a manager I was responsible to make sure my employees performed tasks at a
fast pace and promptly manner. I was in charge of the whole store and closed at
night as well as perform the night duties of a manager. I did the recap and all
the paper work at the end of the day. I also did the hiring process as well as
train the new hires. I also went to Harlingen, tx for additional training over
management.
