Working on new product development, product management, promotion of solar products of Su-Kam and development of strong sales network in northern India. This role encompassed development of new channel partners and usage of existing channel partners to improve sales and awareness of solar product of organization and developing new corporate clients and participating government tenders.

Project description: Plan and executed successful launch of “Suvidha”, a bill-payment system for Patiala residents. Was involved in conceptualization, market research activities to determine customer base, carried out customer and market segmentation studies, identified customer psychology and designed a plan for successful implementation of the project.
Comparative Study of differences in product pricing: Organized Retailers v/s Unorganized Players
Project description: Successfully researched, collated and produced report on the differences in product pricing of almost 100 products across different categories between organized players such as Spencer’s, Subhiksha and those from the unorganized retailers
