Assistant Site Manager
Managed the overall operations of the Buffalo Gap and Snyder wind sites in Sweetwater, Texas.
The sites consist of 67 1.8 MW V-80 Wind Turbines, and 21 3.0 MW V-90 wind turbines respectively. I managed 12 highly trained Technicians as well as 2 Lead Technicians, Office Coordinator, Tool Coordinator and Inventory Coordinator.
• Responsible for all budgetary activity at the site including creating the budget, and making sure all site spending is tracked, recorded, and analyzed properly.
• Responsible for all site employee relation matters including hiring, disciplinary actions, and reviews.
• Responsible for scheduling training of all site personnel and maintaining proper training records.
• Through constant and daily focus on safety, the Buffalo Gap and Snyder wind sites have achieved and maintained a perfect safety record.
• Working with the site Tool Coordinator, I oversee the maintenance and upkeep on all site vehicles.
• I worked closely with site customers through face-to-face interaction and daily reporting. This insured open communication and dialog to keep the customers updated and aware of all aspects of how the site was being serviced.

Production Team Leader (Hub Line)
I was an integral part of the plant start-up team for the Nacelle factory in Brighton Colorado, producing Nacelle and Hub sections for wind turbines.
• Oversaw daily operations of the hub production line, consisting of 25 highly trained technicians.
• Implemented lean manufacturing principals into daily production, increasing productivity by 60%.
• Responsible for all Hub Line employee relation issues including hiring, training, scheduling, disciplinary actions, and reviews.

Senior Production Supervisor (2006-2009)
Managed three production lines producing desktop bar code printers, with a workforce of up to 70 employees. Zebra is the largest specialty label and card printing company in the world, serving the automotive, pharmaceutical, postal, medical, financial, retail distribution, warehousing, defense, transportation and shipping industries with sales of more than $900 million.
• Traveled numerous times to China as a key member of the transition team to fulfill the company’s mission to outsource its entire manufacturing.
