API Inspections Project Manager

Performed API 570 inspections on circuits developed by Millennium Chemicals, Ashtabula, Ohio. Assigned circuits were inspected to code requirements using the latest P&ID’s available and documented on forms provided in the Millennium 2 Rivers data base . In addition, Ultrasonic thickness locations were assigned and thickness readings taken. Isometric drawings were generated for all circuits and P&ID’s were redlined for revision.

Perform API 510 and API 570 inspections on piping circuits and pressure vessels. Performed relief valve inspections and worked to resolve Nonconformance Report items and assure closure.
